Morgan Butler was born in Waukesha and has spent most of his life here. A graduate of Waukesha High School, his undergraduate degree is from University of Wisconsin School of Business, with honors, majoring in Finance and Construction Management. Subsequently, he studied law at the University of Wisconsin Law School and began practice in January 1977, having been accepted into practice by the Wisconsin Supreme Court, and the Eastern and Western District Federal Courts.
