On 2 occasions I called for products and the customer service was distasteful. English was hard for the person in your Central branch. For instance, I called for a product she told me they don't have the product but should get next week so I asked if so you not sure? She yes I not listening she said "yes" but should is not a definite answer. Dealing with the owner is pleasant but not the workers, when I told her about her attitude she was ok well you can do what you like. That's not the way business is conducted and I spend hundreds in your business. Not any more
