Why can't I mention a negative remark? My experience was not all good at all. I spent$4000 on a rose gold diamond 2pc set, only for it to change colour within 2 months. And I didn't even wear it every day. After which I was told there is no such thing as rose gold and advised not to wear my ring everyday to avoid it changing colour again. So tell me again why I can't comment. Should I allow other unsuspecting clients to be duped? I will not allow $4000 to go down the drain. So RT jewellers on high street san Fernando, do better!

Terrible customer service!!! I purchased a ring here and within one month, 2 diamonds fell off after wearing it twice. When I went back to the owner, she informed me that they cannot be held liable even though this was not stated verbally or written on the bill when the purchase was made. She offered to replace it at a "reduced cost" which still happened to be more expensive than the price other stores were charging to replace the diamonds. So apart from the owner having absolutely no compassion whatsoever, she tried to profit from the situation. It was a horrible experience. You should really consider if you want to spend your hard earned money here.
