Lazzari & Sampson Limited began its operations 1953, as a result of the retirement of the then French Line representative in Trinidad. Philip Lazzari who had been appointed the new representative then moved the office from Abercromby Street to 13 Pembroke Street, Port of Spain. In January 2009 the company purchased new offices and moved to its current location at 24 Ana Street, Woodbrook.

In the early 60’s the department broadened its mode of operations to include the air travel sector as a General Sales Agent.
