I got 2 estimates from other orthodontists before I decided to go to Dr. Lue Chee Lip. The estimate she gave me seemed reasonable, however the price I ended up paying after all was said and done was a totally much higher number. She added many unnecessary months to my treatment and as time went on, the overall price got higher and further away from her initial estimate. I stuck with her throughout the entire process even though I realized half way in that she was more concerned with how much money was in her bank account than how to be a cost efficient orthodontist. After I finished treatment, she even assured me that those little gaps between my teeth would be impossible to bridge together. After the fact I decided to get a different orthodontist who gave me much cheaper retainers and closed those gaps that \"were impossible to bridge\". All in all, if you are looking for a cost efficient reliable orthodontist, I would avoid her practice altogether. Just hoping to save someone else's time and money.

Poor service. Extremely rude staff. After spending over 20K on bracers they just want your business and then everything goes downhill from there. It is only if you have a west moorings address they will treat you good. Avoid at all costs.
