I visited your establishment today at around 12:30 (lunch Hour) and had to stand in a line for quite sometime until an additional cashier was opened.... so I moved to the other line hoping to finish my transaction quickly. While I was waiting, .. a customer who was behind asked to cash her two item (10.00) but I refused since I was in a hurry also. However, she then asked the customer who had already completed her transaction to cash hers. ... to my surprise the cashed complied. I told the cashier what she did was wrong and ask if I should walk to the front of the line instead of waiting in line to cash... i asked to speak to the manager but it seem that the manager was nowhere to be found.. i must say that i was very dissatisfied the service at your establishment today and would rethink twice and more before venturing there in the future
