Tim Hoch is a trial lawyer in Dallas-Fort Worth with over 25 years of experience. He is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He now practices exclusively in the area of civil litigation where he represents fiduciaries, property owners, lenders, investors, borrowers and business owners. He has had the privilege of litigating thousands of cases, many of which he has tried to verdict. He has taken and defended hundreds of depositions.
