I have a big heart for people and enjoy helping others create a financially fit life – in both their finances and in their business.

My mission is to make a positive impact, helping people make positive change…to move from just “making it” to a prosperous life. I hold onto the promise that God has given each of us, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11. And I believe each of us were created to prosper in every aspect of our life.

With 30+ years in banking and finance, I’ve spent the past 18 in mortgage lending. I continue to educate myself, partly because I’m fascinated, curious, and love to learn…but also to be better positioned to provide you high quality insight. My depth of knowledge and holistic understanding of finances enables me to provide you with easy to understand information so you are fully equipped to make high quality financial decisions for your family.

Relationships are the backbone of my business which has been built around a philosophy of giving. I love helping people and I’m wholeheartedly invested in building relationships that last. To do so requires the valuable ingredient often missing from a financing transaction – frequent, timely, informative, and truthful communication. You can expect that with me. You can count on me and my team to provide a smooth process from start to finish, making your dream of home ownership come true.

In addition to helping individuals navigate their largest financial transaction – home financing – I’ve been very fortunate to have the opportunity to educate thousands of mortgage originators across the U.S. I’ve been very honored to have spoken for many mortgage companies and organizations such as: Credit Union’s 14th National Mortgage Lending Conference, Wells Fargo, National City Mortgage, PrimeLending, Benchmark, and First Community Bank to name a few.

As a writer covering housing and home financing, I’ve contributed articles and content to industry publications such as Scotsman Guide, YOU Magazine, Loans101, Mortgage Market Guide, and LoanToolbox.

You will also find me teaching continuing education for Realtors® and Financial Planners. I am an approved provider and instructor for Texas Real Estate Commission and also approved to teach continuing education for Financial Planners. Bottom line, I love to share my knowledge!
