Bartonvale Gardens occupies two sites, provides a variety of independent living units, supported living apartments and respite apartments. We have a range of designs and prices to suit most tastes and affordability requirements. Each unit has a 24-hour emergency call button, so security will never be a concern and you can relax knowing that assistance is there should you need it.

Bartonvale Garden's residents socialise at the outdoor entertaining and barbeque area and participate in many of the organised activities which include twice weekly trips to the local shopping centre, exercise classes, indoor bowls and billiards in the multi purpose recreation hall. Facilities include community centre, billiards room, arts & craft area, dining room, library, hair dressing salon and outdoor BBQ area.

General services include a professional village management team, 24 hr emergency medical response, maintenance of grounds and common areas, building insurance to full replacement value and payment of all utilities. Supported living apartment services include the above services, plus a midday meal, changing linen in apartment once per week and cleaning of apartment once per week. Extra services are also available.
