From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Allard was a senior accountant with Huard, Renaud, Carmichael, Dostie, Public Accountants. Mr. Allard is a member of the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec. Mr. Allard has been Director of Intercable ICH Inc. since January 2007. Mr. Allard obtained a Bachelor in Business Administration and a licence in accounting.
