McLachlan Realty was incorporated in 1983 with the broker of records, Ken McLachlan, and specialized in commercial and industrial properties. Mr. McLachlan originally joined the real estate profession in 1979. Prior to obtaining a real estate license he was employed by the city of Sarnia as Director of Real Estate. Mr. McLachlan is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario.

McLachlan Realty is a member of the Sarnia-Lambton Real Estate Board, The Ontario Real Estate Association and the Canadian Real Estate Association and as a consequence has access to national and international networks.
