Jason's love of music and entertaining began when he started playing the violin at age 9. By the time he was 12, he had added magic shows, juggling, balloon animals, card tricks, flaming swords, and more to his list of talents.

At 18, while in New York City on his first professional paying gig for a major US corporation, Jason was having dinner at Sardi's. He courageously asked the maitre'd if he could stroll through the restaurant playing his violin. Normally this was not permitted. However, sensing the sincerity of the personable and energetic young man, the maitre'd said "yes."

Jason strolled around the restaurant playing repeatedly the only two songs in his repertoire at the time — Ave Maria and Lara's Theme from Dr. Zhivago. Everyone loved the music and applauded enthusiastically. He was a hit — and on his way to becoming a bona fide professional entertainer.

Chess is another of Jason's talents. He has participated in many tournaments. One of his most fun gigs was at The Opryland Hotel in Nashville, TN for a 4-day national chess tournament. He entertained students from schools across the United States between competitive rounds. Jason also teaches chess.
