Kurt is has construction experience and monitored the construction for us as our house was built. It was awesome having a real estate agent that did more than become my friend and drive me around.

I found Kurt on Raider Ladies and was extremely happy with his skills. He pointed out flaws in houses we had no clue about. In our number 1 choice, around the sink the floor was squishy. He pointed out that replacing a board with water damage by the sink meant removing the cupboards, counters, plumbing and possibly the island in the kitchen. I thought it was no big deal. Glad we chose him to help us.
