I just wanted to get my key copied, so I called ahead and asked when they were available.
It was getting kinda late, so they said tomorrow morning, which was fine. Fast forward to the next day when I call again to see if they were open, they ignored my call and then proceeded to text me, saying they couldn't talk but they would be there soon. Okkk so I wait and wait and about 30 minutes pass. Nothing, so I text them, asking where they are and if they could give me an estimate of when they would get here. Nothing. They flat out ignore me until 30 minutes later, I just get "I'll call when there." At that point, I give up and they literally never texted me when they got there. Later I found one down the street that took 5 minutes. Don't waste your time here

Yes, they showed up to my car, unlocked my car quickly. Everything seemed fine, except only a few weeks later my key fell apart. TERRIBLE QUALITY. The price range was as much as the original so I expected the same quality and professionalism. However, I was sadly mistaken.
I called the company several times regarding the issue and I never received a call back. I even drove myself to the store location, and found it to be closed every time. I would highly recommended you to save yourself your money and time and go elsewhere. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE TERRIBLE KEYS.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Great quick service and great price! David was kind and professional and was able to make me a new key and program the fob for a Prius very quickly! I shopped around -- they were the best price and I'm very happy with the whole experience.

David was AH-MAZING! My Mercedes key was completely out of service and he came straight my apartment to make me a new key! His price was a lot cheaper than any other key place I called. He was professional and fast! I highly recommend him!! Thanks David!
