Reasonable price, professional service, reliable, friendly staff and act quickly to all my requests. Carlos also pick up every single one of my calls and keeps me posted on my vehicle whereabouts. If I could give them 20 stars I would.

Hi Mihai,
U called us at 1239am, then u called again at 1251am. 12 minutes later. At night time there r limited drivers because it's nighttime. It's possible we were working on another call or the driver was in the middle of a tow. Also, you conveniently didn't mention that u were trying to get a very cheap rate through text after we told u our rate for a light duty jumpstart is $85.00. Leaving a 1 star review on yelp 12 minutes after the initial call claiming we didn't show up is ridiculous. In absolute best case scenario (which is rare) we could have a tow truck to u in 15 minutes. Even with our large fleet spread throughout the city , it's usually 30 to 45 minutes due to traffic or unforseen issues with other jobs.
