After giving it some thought and talking it over with my wife, I've decided to take a pass on your offer. As a consumer, my experience with you has not been particularly pleasant. It seemed you did everything in your power to not have my business. For example:

1. Late for the meeting with not so much as an apology.
2. Made no attempt to shake my hand.
3. Presented a rather dour disposition on first meeting.
4. If I asked questions you answered with condescending overtones.
5. Your overwhelming arrogance and smug behavior created a hostile environment.
6. Your website gives absolutely very little information about you accept your DOB or where you went to school. There's no blogs, client testimonials or articles that you have written.
7. You refused to give any references and instead told me to look you up on GOOGLE. Really?
8. As for your condolences regarding my sister, you probably would have been better off not saying anything. The way you expressed your condolence was as much of an after-thought as throwing out left-over food.

I just wonder how many clients you might have retained in your 20 years of practice if you adhered to the ABOUT US page on your website: "building" relationships.

The flat fee was tempting but as soon as you told me the cost for the surety bond, well, let's just say that I've done my homework on the matter and know that figure to be way off mark.

I told you what I was looking for in terms of service, which I didn't think was out of the norm: professionalism, attention to what my needs were and going above and beyond in providing exceptional service. Unfortunately you missed all three marks.

You are absolutely correct in saying, as I'm sure you have stated many times in your line of business, that there are other law firms out there. Well, this was probably the best advice you gave during the entire meeting. At the end of the day, saving a few dollars with the low flat fee is not worth the risk of uncertainty in a relationship that is heavily imbued with negative fallout.

I have been a client of Leon for numerous legal matters for myself and my spouse. All the services he provided were handled in a professional friendly and timely manner. I highly recommend Leon Teichner & Associates for any law related issues one may have.

In my opinion, Mr. Teichner completely disregarded mine and my brother's request.
He never prepared what we asked for, even though he requested and received the documents from my brother. By the time our mom passed, it was too late.

I believe his error cost us thousands of dollars. We had to hire another attorney who is much more responsive and took the time to be sure we were on the same page.

In summation, I do not recommend this attorney. I wish I could leave zero stars.

His rates were fair, and a great value for the quality work and support he provided. He's been in business for decades and is an expert in not only real estate issues, but also probate and family estate planning.
