Interstate 25 Mechanical

Owner installed new boiler 2 years ago. Boiler kept shutting itself off. Gave them multiple chances to fix it. Had 2 other companies come look at it, both said the same thing-boiler was not installed per manufacturer's specifications, short cuts taken. Dealing with BBB now, but he did not take any pride in his work or honor his warranty.

This was just a routine annual inspection/service call, nothing dramatic. No fire, no flood, no impending doom. But something we needed to do as the daughter's house is under contract and furnace inspection is pretty much required by home inspector of whole house.
Ramsey was to show up between 2 and 4. He was there at 2:04 or so. Quickly started to work, cleaned burners, changed filter hooked up gauges on A/C did all that he was supposed to do.
I had a very comfortable feeling about him, he presented himself well and was very knowledgeable.
I kept his card and will be using him on my own house in the future.

My cousin had his A/C repaired by this company and he's still bragging about the service. He doesn't have social media so he asked me to let you guys know that everything was wonderful. They're very honest, friendly and knowledgeable. The receptionist lady, Jessica was on top of keeping him informed and everytime they spoke she was always so cheerful and upbeat. Johnny was straight forward and didn't try to charge for things that were unnecessary. Definitely sticking with this company for all of our families HVAC needs.

Very impressed by our tech Ramsey and his team. He called to update us on his estimated time of arrival, was prompt, diagnosed the problem and explained the solution. He was able to get our AC back up and running the same day even though the part needed was in Denver. We were extremely appreciative with his timeliness in completing the job.

I needed someone to check my dad's ac. So I thought why not give these guys a try. I Sent a msg, the reply was quick and very straightforward, they answered all my questions. I set up the appointment very easy. On the appointment date the called before arrival very professional, informative and explained everything to my dad who is 70yrs old. I really appreciate their honesty, not like the other company that my dad called first that tried to talk him into buying a whole new ac unit. In which interstate 25 mechanical found out that the unit just needed a good cleaning. Thank you interstate 25 mechanical keep up the good work.

Very rude when the guy answered the phone. Sorry but that's not the way to gain new customers.
