Rip off I was going to use them for my daughter's prom but I changed my mind. If you are looking to be scammed. Jack was who I spoke with. He is very greedy and unprofessional. I booked them after 9Pm Everything was finalized after 11:PM. I canceled the next day at 9:00am The next morning but Jack refused to cancel the order. instead of him understanding that his services was no longer needed for the 15 min ride at $335 pick up and $335 for drop off. $335 each way. It didn't make sense the location was so close to my home the price was not worth it. If there's no traffic it could take 20 mins total for close to $700. he refused to cancel and he became rude, he was eager to say he was still going to charge the credit card. since I booked it at night there was never a 24hr window but I canceled in the morning. The services was going to be for the evening. 6pm drop off and 11pm pick up. There was not a no call no show but he was saying he would use that to get paid if I try to dispute it. He is professional when getting your money but if you change your mind he will go out of his way to be rude. He made my daughters prom so stressful. Greedy company book elsewhere. This was Friday 6/2/2022 booked Saturday canceled 6/3/22 Monday 6/6/22 jack posted payment to the credit card. Just greedy

We travel alot (or at least we did before the virus) and we were looking for a new reliable airport limo service, as our old service had became very unreliable. For this trip we also had a 6ft snowboard bag to transport to the airport. I found this Imperial Limo service on Google search, after passing over a few pages of companies that wanted me to book on-line. I hate that. needed to speak to a human being. The person I dealt with on the phone answered on my first try, was very professional, the procedure (emailed confirmations and 15 minute early arrival at my house and a text when they arrive) was also very professional, and they remembered on both legs of the trip to use a large SUV that accommodated our snowboard bag + 3 suitcases. (We've had other services show up with the wrong car - when we had specified about needing a big car for the snowboard bag - and we have to make a flight!)

Our return flight was re-directed to EWR from LGA and the time was changed. No small thing, but the driver was there at EWR when we arrived and he was wearing a suit! The car was clean and he knew where he was going. And he was a super-nice guy. So we will be using them from now on. Totally recommend.

Everyone I worked with the organize a ride from NYC to the Catskills was very helpful. It was a last minute booking for a long drive and they were able to accommodate a large group. I will definitely book with them again. Thank you again for all your help!

I fly to NY every few months for business travel and I don't like having to use Uber because they are not professional drivers. If you are in the city, the last thing you want is for someone who doesn't know the ins and outs to be driving you around.

The owner Mo drove me around in an immaculate Escalade from meeting to meeting and never once rushed me....even when my meeting went 1 hour over scheduled time.

Later that night I had a date and I asked him if he could pick me up in a luxury sedan and he showed up in a Mercedes S500.

The driver arrived before and waited for everybody, that was nice, overall he was fine. But he drove at 80mph so we asked him if he could drive a little slower since the speed limit was 55mph, he said ok but he didn't slow down so I asked him again and told him he had to go on 55mph so he said he was going to go on 65mph. On our way back it was the same driver and we had this exact conversation again, and he even said he was going to go on 75mph when I asked him 4 times (Counting both trips) to go on 60mph tops. After all he decided to go on 60mph. I think this company is good but honestly I shouldn't be telling the driver to respect the limit! And on top of that the tips are already included when they charge on tour card which is a 20% tip, the driver clearly didn't deserve 20% because he was not driving the way he's supposed to.

Mohammed was great to work with, when I sent out a request on Yelp he was the only one that replied with exact cost, no miscellaneous fees.
He was patient and not only followed up, but followed through.
He and the team made our arrival smooth and easy.
Moving forward for work or play in the area I will be using them again and again.

We had a totally fabulous experience with Imperial. The communication was quick and thorough. Reasonably priced. The car was spotless and well maintained. The driver friendly and polite. All in all terrific. Highly recommend Imperial car service.

Took a chance on Imperial based on the reviews. I was NOT disappointed!!!! Our first driver, Mokiish, was not only early but was impeccably dressed in a 3 piece suit!!! The car was clean and he got us to our destination in record time....our return home driver was amazingly easy to find at the cruise terminal in NYC....not an easy task with over 5,000 people departing a ship!!!! And again clean car and an easy ride home!!! (sorry I didn't get his name).

This car service also keeps in constant contact which is greatly appreciated especially if you have to be somewhere at a certain time.

I would ABSOLUTELY recommend and use Imperial again!!!

I loved my driver he was 15 mins early and sent me a text when he got there. He was dressed professional and we had a great conversation during the ride. I had to go to the hospital to pick up my mom and he was very courteous, he helped my mom into the car who was having trouble because it was an SUV. Loved the service two thumbs up. They are a bit pricey but definitely wit it every penny!
