Geek Window Cleaning

I called and booked an appointment with them on a Friday. They originally said the arrival time would be 12:30 and it would take two-three hours, which worked for us as we were leaving town around 3 for the Christmas holiday.

Three days before the scheduled appointment I get the reminder email saying that the arrival time will be 2:30. I email back to say I was originally told 12:30. They tell me the earliest they can be in my area is 2:30. I explain we will be leaving out of town and was told that we didn't have to be home for them to service my house. I then asked to reschedule to a different day because I want to be there when a company I've had no previous business with works on my house, especially if I'll be out of town in case something happens.

So we reschedule. The day they are supposed to come out it's raining cats and dogs. I get a call from the company saying they will need to reschedule (which I completely understood and was expecting the call). When I asked when we could reschedule,
guy I spoke with said he was driving around and would call me back later to set it up. 10 days later and still no call.

They obviously don't want business. I would look elsewhere. I am.

They did a great job and I highly recommend them. I had planned to have them power wash the garage floor, but they were very upfront and told me it wouldn't make a substantial difference - so I didn't do it and saved some money. I have a three story townhome and the the windows looked incredible inside and out when they were finished.

BEWARE: I used Geek Window Cleaning for over 2 years and the last quarter of 2017 they failed to show up. I called and emailed on 10 occasions (over 5 months) trying to either cancel, get service and/or a refund. At one point I was told my service would be cancelled and I would be reimbursed, but the company continued to charge my card without providing services. I had to contact my credit card company several times to stop payments. After sending 2 certified letters that were refused and returned, I contacted the BBB to help resolve the issue, but Geek Windows FAILED to respond to the BBB. I am owed over $200 for services not rendered.

I have never given a bad review, but THIS BUSINESS HAS NO INTEGRITY!

I have learned to always read the less than stellar reviews because that is where truth dwells. Poor communication. It's great they are "busy," so they do not need my business. Everyone deserves a second chance, but not 4. I emailed the details to this company 2 days ago. They called back and left a message without a quote. I called back again yesterday and today. I was quoted $260 for a 1500 sqft townhome and then put me on hold which disconnected. I called them back, and they asked to put me on hold- AGAIN. In the meanwhile, I went online and they were running $50 dollars off, so why didn't they offer me $200? ( which is still way too high). Needless to say, I gave up. I would rather risk my life on a ladder that beg to pay for help. Unbelievable.

Geek Windows is wonderful! We've used their services now three years in a row - for window screen cleanings, for inside and outside window cleaning, and for outside of the house power washing. They've always done a wonderful job. Their prices are good, and their service has been excellent.

The windows on our newly purchased 30-year-old house probably hadn't been washed in 30 years, and these guys made them sparkle inside and out! Matt and Danny were diligent, knowledgeable, and respectful. And for a small per-window fee, they even cleaned out the gunk accumulated in the bottom outside tracks of the window sills! This is now my go-to company for window cleaning.

They came at the announced time, pressure washed our outdoor surfaces and cleaned the windows of our 2 story home. They were polite and efficient and worked without stopping on a day when the temperature in Houston was 100 degrees. Our home looks like a million bucks. Thanks, Geek Window Cleaning.

Kyle and team were detail oriented and perfectionist in window washing and pressure washing. We were putting our 1964 built home on the market. They pressure washed and used cleaners that took decades off the patio, pool deck and driveway. They really took their tone and did all the extras to make the house look perfect.
On the window washing they did both inside and out. After pollen season and Hurricane Harvey it made a huge difference overlooking the pool and outside at the azaleas.
The pricing was a good value and we got more than our money's worth. They were not racing against the clock to get to the next job. They had tons of pride in delivering a fantastic service.

I scheduled the appointment for my clients who are selling their home based on a recommendation from a colleague.

The following is her reply when I asked how the Geeks did..."They were great and it was very interesting to watch the process." Since you don't know this client, this is a HUGE compliment.
