CPR Cell Phone Repair North Tampa

Worst experience I've ever had. The website says "lowest price guarantee" to bring in a local competitor's price and they will beat it by $5. I did exactly that and the incompetent man said "that's the first time I'm hearing that we don't do that". Tried to charge $349 for a screen repair. Complete scam, go anywhere else but this place.

I highly recommend this place if you need your phone repaired! They have great customer service and they are very efficient. I went in to have my IPhone 7 Plus screen repaired and the guy did an amazing job! They told me it would take about 45 minutes, which it did and they called me as soon as my phone was ready. I also had a screen protector put on my phone.

They repaired it in about the time they said they would. Price was competitive. Good Hispanic food next door while you wait.

Jonathan was very helpful in installing a new screen protector for me. He was quick, friendly and did a wonderful job; my new screen protector has no air bubbles which I really appreciate. I will definitely be going back here for any of my cell phone repairs.

Called store multiple times in 2 days this week but no answer all week. This is the closest store near my home for Zagg replacements before we leave on vacation. Came by after 25 minutes drive to get my Zagg screen replacement under warranty replaced. Clerk was chewing food and eating. Dirty hands! "Oh we don't carry the iPhone size you need." I asked if they have a hone or a voicemail, as I have called so to verify all of this before driving 25 minutes- now I have to waste a drive home. "Yes but it doesn't work or we are too busy to answer." This place is completely empty at 11am and is a not a place that I would think fills so much that a clerk couldn't say, excuse me while I answer the phone- AT A PHONE REPAIR STORE don't waste your time.

Quick and efficient repair for a damaged charging port. They were very friendly and the pricing was just right.

The guys at this location are super considerate and can pretty much do anything to fix any kind of phone. Doesn't matter who your carrier is and they more accessories than you could need.

I went in to have the battery replaced in my iPhone. Jonathan was very helpful. Prices are very reasonable and the service is professional and efficient. Definitely recommend

Very friendly, professional and experienced. I broke my iPhone while visiting in Tampa. Not only that they fixed the screen and replaced the battery for an outstanding price, I also picked up a used iPhone 10 that's in mint condition for a lot less than what I can get it on eBay. Definitely the place to be whether you are buying selling or fixing an old phone.

The Cell Specialists provided the best service that I have experienced when looking for cell phone repairs. My gps on my iphone had stopped working properly and would never place me in the correct location when I was driving which was so frustrating. I dropped off my phone and when I came to pick it up, they didn't charge me for it bc they weren't sure if it would work or not (they couldn't take it off the property to test the gps, but it looked good from the store.) I am so thankful that I found this place since everywhere else you go will cost you an arm and a leg. I will be returning here if I have any phone problems in the future. They sell phone accessories there as well but I didn't get a chance to check them all out.
