Cleuza's team was amazing! They did an extraordinary job cleaning the house (and all the pet hair from our pup). Both bathrooms and kitchen were cleaned to perfection. It was such a relief - we'd been looking for a cleaning service for a few weeks and Cleanzen was easy to reach, have an online booking portal, and were a solid value.

I tried to loyally use this business since last fall and have been grossly disappointed. They take no responsibility for their cleaners mistakes or lack of cleaning/doing their job, are pricey, and offer no solutions or reimbursement for items I have found missing and/or broken.
Attached is a picture of all of the things I pulled out that were stuffed into the nook with the curtains in the back of the picture- there was no rhyme or reason, nothing was folded, the shoes weren't even paired together, and they treated my expensive belongings like trash.
I also PAID for organizing and clearly it was not done.
These pictures were taken immediately after a cleaning.
I am also missing an item that they refuse to acknowledge or pay for- not sure if it was stolen or misplaced but they refuse to answer my inquires about it or offer any solutions. Regarding the organization time booked, we understand that the allotted time might not have been sufficient to complete the entire organizing task, especially if the place is cluttered. We want to assure you that we take great care to handle our customers' belongings with respect and professionalism. Regarding the missing item, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We have reviewed your account and have already waived the unsettled bill of $46.75 to compensate for the missing item, which was valued at $38. We take full responsibility for any oversight on our part and are committed to resolving any outstanding issues.
We also offered the hourly service as an option for your future appointments, which would have allowed us to address your specific home cleaning needs more comprehensively. Additionally, we offered to send a different team for your future cleanings to ensure a fresh perspective and address any concerns you may have had. However, we understand that you have chosen to cancel your future appointments with us, and we respect your decision. Our goal is always to provide the best possible service to our customers, and we regret that we were unable to meet your expectations on this occasion.

The cleaning itself was fine but the business is wildly mismanaged. The cleaners were arriving hours late because of "weather" (rain storm) but the dispatcher kept giving me misinformation. She said they were coming at 3 when they were scheduled for 9am but they came at 1:30 instead, at a very inconvenient time. I asked for a discount and she said it was going to be taken out of the cleaners' pay, which is unfair! I declined the discount in solidarity and the best they had to offer me was $15 off my next cleaning. As if I would ever book them again.

Rita and her team did a great job cleaning our apartment! They asked questions throughout as needed and dusted all my shelves, windowsills, cleaned all surfaces, cleaned my tubs, sinks, toilets, mirrors, kitchen cabinet exteriors, stove top, countertop, appliance exteriors, vacuumed and washed the floors. I was really happy with the job they did and will have them come again!

Cleuza's team was great! They cleaned every corner of the house with great care. They were easy to communicate with and accommodated a handful of our on-the-fly requests as well! Cleanzen was easy to reach out to and schedule. You can customize which additional services (like inside cabinets, oven and fridge etc.) you'd like from the online interface and what you see there is what you pay.

Had a mixed experience. The cleaners were very nice and did a very good job for the spots that were clean. Unfortunately, there was a few issues holding them back from more stars. In the end I was made whole, but what it took to get there and some of the issues along the way prevented more stars.
First, it was not made clear to me at any point that parking cost was a responsibility of me. Received a text from the cleaners the morning of that they could find parking and asked if I would pay.
Second, there were a few spots that didn't get cleaned at all. Any area, which was 97% of the apartment, that got cleaned was done very well. Weird spots like the coasters on the table that was cleaned were left dirty and there were some clunks of collected filth leftover. Included pictures.
Lastly, and probably the most notable was a collectable item of mine was broken. I didn't discover this until after they left and was not made aware of it when it happened. There was several back-and-forth emails ranging from being told the item was already broken to it was broke when I asked a specific area to be cleaned on the other side of the room. In the end I got reimbursed for the item which wasn't very expensive, but just that it happened and everything to follow damaged the reputation in my view.
I wanted to leave a strong review and maybe this was a one off experience but for how much it cost I expected more and may look for someone else next time.Helpful 3Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

The team reached out to inform us that you agreed to pay the parking fee that day after the service. We reached out to you to confirm before it was added to your bill. We don’t actually require our customers to pay for the parking fee as it is the cleaner's responsibility to pay for it, being an independent contractor. There are areas that would require them to use paid parking and cleaners sometimes reach out to the customers to ask them if they could help them pay for the parking fee. Some customers would agree but we won’t actually add it to the service in case they won’t.
We would also like to apologize for the missed areas and the broken item. We wanted to let you know that we value you as a customer and to make up for our shortcomings we have decided to do a partial refund and just waive the parking fee that was previously added to the booking.
Again, we are very sorry for the misunderstanding and the inconvenience we have caused.
We hope you could give us another chance to redeem ourselves in the future.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Unfortunately I am really really disappointed in this company and the services we received. Two very nice ladies came to our apartment, which is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom place. Because of the cost we only could afford to get the downstairs and two bedrooms and the bathrooms cleaned. We were charged over $230, which for college kids is a lot but we had no problem paying it if the job was done well, and we also tipped 20% on top of that. First issue is after we agreed on a set rate, we were asked for more money and to change it to hourly (as they were there for 2.5 hours, two people), so an additional $50. Secondly, the job done surface level looked great, until further inspection. I had to rewipe down every surface in the house, including the bathrooms, the shower doors, the floors, kitchen counters, mirrors... everything. Which for someone with two jobs is not something I had time for. There was a pile of dirt left in the middle of the kitchen, the carpet is still covered in dirt. As you'll see in the pictures, even though I had asked if the stairs had been vacuumed they clearly hadn't. I had to spray bleach on the sink upstairs to actually clean it, and vacuum the kitchen and living room again. I explained to someone on the phone my issues, and they offered to have them come back but unfortunately there were way too many things not right, and I had already taken an hour to clean up the majority. Please see the pictures--I have never written a bad review in my life, but I feel taken advantage of and disappointed

We asked for pictures, and after discussing this with our team, they offered to come back the same day, which you declined. You indicated that the issues were taken care of. We followed up afterward to extend our apology and gratitude for your feedback. If there were any outstanding concerns, we regret not receiving further communication from you and appreciate the opportunity to address them.

Being able to book online is super convenient as well. Will return to update if my experience changes, but I had absolutely no issues and will be using them again.

I booked Cleanzen for a move-in/out cleaning service which cost $250, which is fairly standard. The apartment was vacant and they were given the keys by my agent -- I never knew when they came and went, but apparently it was super fast since they gave back the keys within 1.5hrs.
Upon inspection a few days later, I had to re-clean most of the place. The kitchen cabinets were filthy. Upon contacting cleanzen, they told me that there was a dead roach in the cabinet and their policy is to not clean anything that has pests. One dead roach in one cabinet caused them to not touch any of the kitchen cabinets. The least they could have done is inform me that the cabinets were not cleaned -- but not a word. They just silently decided not to clean the rest of the kitchen.
All they provided was an apology and offered to re-do the cleaning at a 10% discount i.e. I order another round of cleaning from them out of pocket. No thank you. I ended up using task rabbit and had a great experience there.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

However, we agree that we should have communicated this to you beforehand but we were informed by our team when we reached out to them after we received your complaint. We already spoke to them and asked them to reach out right away in case anything like this happens in the future.
Our policy states that any issue regarding the service should be communicated to us the day after the service and we’ll send a team back to do a reclean no later than 3 days Since we value you as our customer and wanted to make it up for the inconvenience we have caused, a discount was offered on your next booking.
