Walked right in, dropped off the huge rug with tons of stains and pee from our puppy and toddler. They were very helpful and were even honest enough to let me know they might not all come out, but at least I would get a cleaner rug back! They also said they would call me when it was done, came in on time and they did what they said they were going to do. I thought the service and quality far outweighed the cost >$100 for a huge 12X12 rug. I would highly recommend and will be using them again.

Cesar and his team do an outstanding job of analyzing what needs to be done to your rugs to get them back into the best condition and the difference you see when the repairs and/or cleaning is finished is remarkable! Their pricing is very fair and they offer both pick-up and delivery service if necessary. I don’t think we would ever take our rugs anywhere else to be repaired or cleaned.
