• Sales Representatives spend time with customers to determine their needs and discusses vehicle options
• Sales Representatives commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of Nissan vehicles and technology
• Sales Representatives test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features
• Complete quotes and explain financing options
• Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail
• Support on-line customers by setting appointments
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads

The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. Our automotive sales representatives come from a variety of backgrounds and industries. You don't have to have automotive sales experience to be successful but you should have experience providing exceptional customer service and previous sales experience is a plus.

• Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
• Sales including inside sales, outside sales, or retail sales is a plus
• Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person")
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
• Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
• Valid U.S. Driver's license
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen

SERVICE ADVISOR / SERVICE WRITER

Job Description

• Nissan Automotive Service Advisors / Service Writers greet customers and assist them with any inquiries they may have
• Automotive Service Advisors / Service Writers perform vehicle walk around and documentation of customer concerns to enable the Technician to properly diagnose and service the vehicle.
• Consult with customer on applicable service specials.
• Nissan Service Advisors prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request.
• Document declines for services and ask for follow-up on future service considerations
• Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
• Service Advisors remain involved with delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns can be addressed.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Spend quality time building relationship with the customer.
• Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questionsregarding the customer's vehicle.

As a Nissan Automotive Service Advisor, you will be experienced and aware of the latest customer service practices and be a persistent problem solver. We have determined some factors that may enable your success as a Service Advisor:

• Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an automotive technician (automotive mechanic) OR recent completion of automotive tech/trade school
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications a plus
• Hold a valid driver's license
• Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.)
• Must be willing to submit background check and drug screen

• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license, 21 years of age or older, willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
