They fixed my sprinkler system after construction project was completed. They were fairly priced, efficient and came immediately when I had a minor problem. I would definitely recommend them! They serviced my system a few times now, and each time did a great job at a fair price.

Overcharged and threatened to go to a collection agency 5 days after the service. I never said I wasn’t going to pay. Friday the 17th of November was the service. They sent a text and threatened at 730 pm on the 22nd of November before Thanksgiving to go to a collection agency. The check is already been written.. What the hell.

The technician Ruben Valle and his helper were friendly and professional and certainly efficient and blowing out the sprinklers at my house. The company is also very professional and when so far as sending an email to open up a map to let me know where the technician was and when he would arrive. Amazing service thank you

I was with Garden State for 10+ Years.Unfortunately, staff is changed.Service Manager , accounting, schefulers still know their job but regular workers who come to your home absolutely clueless.They can do damage to your irrigation system. Not intentionally.

The team was on time and extremely professional. You wouldn’t even know looking at the back yard, that it was all dug out and prepped for lighting. Everything looks untouched! Would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again.

I am unable to give a review because I was not present to meet the service tech. I asked the office to have him call me, but did not receive any call. GSI use the internet a lot, tons of automated messages, but the personal contact is missing.

I called Garden State Irrigation in April of 2023. Joel P. is awesome to deal with. He was pleasant and professional and so was the install team. I had a water issue that came up after the install. I called Joel and even though the water issue had nothing to do with the install he helped me find the issue and fixed it.

Garden State did a beautiful job shutting down my irrigation system for the season. The technicians name is Ruben Valle. Couldn't be more courteous or professional. I've had the system a long time and this young man showed me a couple tricks I wasn't aware of. I couldn't be happier with the service and you guys should take care of this fellow. It's hard to find good employees like him.

Needed a sprinkler to be fixed and Garden State were quick to confirm an appointment. Will was fantastic from the start,answered all my questions, provided another full sprinkler zone check up as well as fixing the broken one. Also helped me with setting up the sprinkler system more efficiently.Couldnt recommend Will enough, he was brilliant!!! I will be looking to add a zone in the future and will def reach out the Will & GSI.

EXEMPLARY! This is how all companies should be operated. The staff is professional, on time, and responsive to lawn water system needs. They listen, offer guidance and very knowledgable about the service they provide. I received email confirmations when I made the appointment, the day before as well as the day of service. The technicians very friendly, worked very fast and left the site clean.I would highly recommend this company and look forward to working with them again - soon.
