Full-Time Auto Service Technician – European Experience Preferred

This is a Full Time, Regular Employee position located in Rockford, Michigan.

The European Automotive Service and Repair Technician is responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with all applicable standards.

Upon receiving repair orders from the Service Manager, the Technician will perform work as outlined with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with company and factory standards. Work includes diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and performing the necessary repair. Technician must communicate with the Service Manager to obtain required parts in a timely manner. In addition to the scheduled service, the Technician must examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required and notify the Service Manager immediately of his findings.

The Technician will be required to keep shop area neat and clean at all times and perform other tasks as requested.

COMPENSATION: Will be based upon applicant’s experience and certification.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must have a minimum of three years experience. European vehicle experience is preferred. Must be ASE Certified and have a High school diploma or the equivalent. Applicant must provide his own tools, possess a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record. All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
