Left message never called back. Finally Leo answered phone. Told me to text address as they were working in my area and he would call me back. Never did. Hired another contractor.

Leo and the guys from S & L Roofing are great! I had some chipped roof tiles, and I wanted to have them replaced before a big storm came. Since the roof is a bit older, I knew the tiles would be somewhat challenging to find.

After some time doing some research, Leo finally found the tiles! The tiles were an exact match. I thought this was quite a feat since we have an older roof. I actually think it looks brand new now!

I was so impressed by the work it took to find those tiles and repair that section of roof. Leo went out of his way to help. The service was wonderful, and Leo is friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to use S & L Roofing again!

Leo and the team did a fantastic job on my 30-year-old, Orange County, California Shake Roof! Their service was hands-on, honest, and friendly, and their workmanship was fantastic. The quoting process was easy and flexible -- real discussions, real solutions, and no candy coating. Leo respectfully explained what needed to be done, and the team didn't cut any corners. They started the project on time, worked diligently through completion, and no paperwork was needed.

Early in October of 2022, Leo, the company owner, provided an estimate of about $1550 for gutter cleaning & inspection and to repair a few tiles he found upon his evaluation of the area. I also had provided couple of specific pictures of the tiles I could see from the 2nd floor window that needed replacing. On the day of the delivery of project I paid him a check for the amount in full but after he left I noticed that the broken tiles from the 2nd floor was not taken care of. I was upset snd called him but he didn't pick up the phone. So I called the bank and cancelled the check and texted him not to cash it, and reminded him that the estimate stated the payment was due "at the time of completion" and informed him how the work was "incomplete". He responded to me, and agreed to come back in few days. Regardless he attempted to cash the check! Trying to ditch the project deliverable stated in the estimate. He came back a 2nd time and said that he had repaired the specific tiles & I trusted him again and gave him another check. But I was very upset when I noticed that the tile was still broken. So I texted him that after this 2nd visit the tile is still broken. And went ahead & canceled the check again since last time he was trying to cash the check and ditch that job delivery. He then came back for the 3rd time for the repair of that specific tiles marked in white and fixed it. And this time both times were fixed. After I paid him he texted me to never call him for another job. Even though this project had a warranty. Sadly last week it was raining & the area that he serviced for gutter and tile repair was poring rain water like crazy and has been broken and tilted during the work that they rendered. It was not like this before. I thought a gutter clean & repair is supposed to leave the job better and not worse. What they did was Causing secondary damages. Since he asked me not to call him anymore meaning he does not honor the warranty and thus will not fix this damage. I do not recommend him at all. He also touched between my shoulders or arm when he wanted to talk to me. And repeatedly said how I must have been attractive during "my time" and other things along this line which I think was very unprofessional and sleazy. I'm also attaching the damages and the way the rain was pouring from the middle of the area they repaired. And the estimate.

I had a roof leak during this recent rain storm. Leo was quick to respond to my call and he and Guillermo did a great job repairing my roof. I highly recommend them.

We had visible damage to our roof around the chimney and a couple of other places due to moisture and termites. As we live in a two story I didn't want to mess with it. A friend referred them and I also checked out the Yelp reviews.

Of the three bids, theirs was the lowest. Leo and Guillermo showed up on time and were very friendly.

There was a bump to the original bid due to finding unknown damage. This is to be expected when dealing with roof damage/repair. Plan your budgets accordingly.

If your looking for a quality, reliable roofing contractor I would talk to Leo with S&L Roofing. He came out after our last rain, made an evaluation of our problem and came up with a cost estimate. After we agreed on the work to be done and a cost, he fit us in the following week. His crew came on time, spent about 5 hrs., cleaned up and the project was completed. During this last rain "not a single problem ". I would recommend this company w/5 stars.

Very responsive, fair pricing and they did great work on our tile roof that was leaking.

We had a roof leak in the last rain. We found Leo from our local Facebook page that someone recommend him. We contacted him. He came to our house with another gentleman, both were very knowledgeable. They found the leak, which was not where we thought it was. They repaired 2 days later. No headaches. They are good people.

S & L Roofing did a great job on my roof repair in San Clemente. The problem was larger than expected. They gave me a price and did not ask for any extras. They came on time and worked until it was completed. It so nice to see someone do what they say their going to do.
I highly recommend that you call them if you have a roof problem. They are good people which is hard to find now days.
