Miracle Muffler & Trailer Hitch

My wife and I own a small Furniture business in Anaheim. We recently had to add another pickup truck for deliveries to keep up with our volume.

We went out and purchased a low mileage truck, and didn't think to check if it had a hitch. I checked the next morning and realized I needed one quickly, as we also tow trailers with heavy loads of furniture.

Found Darryl and John on Yelp. I'd already called a few places, but wanted to keep my business within the community and with a small business, not a Uhaul. This is what helps and stimulates our economy!

These guys are awesome, honest and keep to their word. The price they quoted was in line. They had me drop my truck off in the morning and were done in about an hour. They called when the work was complete and now I'm a very happy and new loyal customer.

Darryl and John are about getting the work done. There's no B.S. when discussing pricing or length of time to complete a job. I appreciate the way they run their business and will go back to them if the need arises. Thank you to both of you.

If you have a issue with your muff go here. My car has had a nasty smell from the tail pipe. I have been taking it to Sanchez and he has replaced 4 muffler bearings this year and stunk the same or worse I think. A friend laughed at me saying Sanchez is not good and his shop is always dirty and stinks. We call him Dirty Sanchez. He suggested Miracle and I went.

I was surprised they made my car quieter a lot. It does not smell now either. They must get good Jap or German bearings not those Dirty Sanchez ones that smell like buffalo. I AM NOW MUCH COOLER IN MY PRIUS WAGON ITS A MIRACLE

I recently had a Blue Ox Alpha Tow System and a Patriot II Braking System installed on a 2016 Kia Soul. I feel I paid a fair price and received OUTSTANDING service and installation.
The job was explained to me clearly and I received a thorough explanation as to how to install the tow bar, hook the vehicle to my RV and install the braking system. I could not be happier with the clean look of my vehicle's front end.
I have sent an email to Blue Ox Headquarters to bring this excellent service/installation to their attention. Good service must be recognized in this day of all to frequent poor service.

These guys are excellent. I needed an exhaust flange on my Honda welded up and was searching for someone local. These guys were right down the street!

I called up mid-morning to see if they were available over my lunch hour to handle it for me and they said to come on down. 40 minutes after I got there the job was done! Not many places would do that for you, especially same day.

These gentleman are old-school and have a lot of neat projects around the shop, and you can tell they've got all the experience you'll need.

Hands down these guys know what they're doing!!!
I had my trailer lights installed by uhaul to save a few dollars a year later my light connection started giving me problems. Turns out that the way they ran the wires was done poorly. Darryl from Miracle Muffler Trailer Hitch did a meticulous inspection until he found the problem (poor wiring from Uhaul) he reground my wire and re-ran the wires and the problem was fixed!!!!!!! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to get the job done right the first time. Thank you guys for your help and keep up the superb work!

I have been a regular customer of Miracle Muffler for over 35 years (since when they were previously located on Chapman in the City of Orange).

Based on my personal experiences, Darryl and John personally perform ALL muffler and trailer hitches themselves which is extremely difficult to find ANYWHERE!!! They literally do each and every repair job on ALL vehicles the EXACT SAME as if they OWNED the vehicle themselves.

I am very surprised to see and read the reviews that contain a 1 star. The majority of them NEVER have utilized Miracle's services. It's SHAMEFUL that these so called "Reviewers" would attempt to tarnish the impeccable reputation that they have built over the past 40 years based upon honestly and hard work ethics.

Some 1 Stars were based upon their "opinion" of their "attitude". Again, John and Darryl Attitude AND Customer Service Skills are above REPROACH!!!

Some 1 Stars were based upon the pricing or upset by the quote they received. Remember
the Famous QUOTE by BENJAMIN FRANKLIN: "The BITTERNESS of POOR QUALITY remains LONG after the SWEETNESS of LOW PRICE is FORGOTTEN."

My review is based primarily on pricing. I was given a price quote for a hitch installation that was higher than even U-Haul. Plus they wanted a DEPOSIT before ordering the part...not impressed.

Went to have my tow hitch installed and I didn't know about setting an appointment first? So they fit me in and did an excellent job ! The guy's are rough around the edges but they were very cool ! Thanks again for fitting me in and completing the install at a fair price !

I couldn't be more happy with the service I recieved at Miracle Muffler & Hitch! Darryl was extremely helpful and accommodating. I called to get a quote for a new hitch plus installation for my new vehicle. Not only did he order my hitch for me over the phone but it also came in within a couple of days. Very expedited service! Darryl was able to schedule an appointment for the install the next day. I waited for 35 minutes and it was done. Super fast, clean work. Darryl truly went above and beyond by putting my bike rack onto my hitch and securing it with his tools (socket and ratchet) He patiently explained to me how to remove it if needed. That shows how he genuinely cares for his customers. I would definitely, 100%- highly recommended this place of business for anyone in need of this kind of service. Keep up the great work!!:)

I needed my new tow hitch installed on my new car, and didn't have the flexible schedule everyone else seems to have. I contacted this shop, because they're authorized installers for the manufacturer of my hitch, and I reached John. (They do far more than just piddly old tow hitches.)

Long story short, John did his best to accommodate my schedule, and he got me in before closing that day. He quoted a fair price, and got started. More time elapsed than he'd estimated. When he emerged, he was pretty dirty, and I wasn't. Can't imagine doing the job without a lift! The hitch was installed, and we had a good laugh at the DIY'ers that might have attempted to follow the "one hour" factory instructions to self-install. It was far more complicated than a bolt here and there.

I offered to pay John extra because of the difficulty, and he politely declined. I knew I had selected a good shop and worker. I strive to do business with trustworthy people. I wouldn't hesitate to return to John and his shop.
