After waiting for several months to receive a response, I was ultimately informed that my case has been dropped. Throughout the process, there has been a noticeable deficiency in communication, with weeks passing before receiving replies to my emails. Despite my repeated inquiries regarding any necessary actions on my part, my requests were consistently denied. As a result of this unsatisfactory experience, I intend to report this law firm through all available channels.

Run away - we have had nothing but voicemails. my husband contacted them when he filed for disability and was promised all of the wonderful customer service. He is NEVER able to talk to his contact, it is alwasy VM. I made a negative review, received a call and was promised that going forward we would get great service. he received a call from a guy and promised to always be there ANYTIME - just call,.. oh and what ever we do DONT fill out forms from the SS. office. He received some forms and he tried for over 1 week EVERY day and only got voicemail. He left a message for this persons boss (Kimberly) and only gets voicemail. We feel like they are treating us as supare people and no better than dirt and apparently according to SS office we are kinda stuck with them.
