APEX Kitchen Cabinet and Granite Countertop

Re did my entire kitchen through this place. I'm a contractor by trade.
Bought an expensive kitchen faucet a few years back, the faucet failed completely (broken spring major leak.)

I took the faucet back with my receipt showing everything I paid for...
Apex wanted to give me 20% off a replacement faucet of the same model, however it's been marked up 20%.

I saw the same model replacement faucet box with a sticker labeling life time warranty on it and they moved that box to the back. Can you believe this? Lol

I walk in to this place looking around, there was a lady who didn't even acknowledged that I was inside. Worst place ever, they don't even help you, if you ask a question they ignore you.

A top rate experience. This company made me feel valued. They have a great products, are friendly, made my transaction easy... and they even made me a breakfast burrito and hot chocolate while I waited. I went for quartz and sinks, and they had so many choices. Reasonable prices and great selection. A+++ experience. Thank you!

I am little surprised by some of the bad comments going around, and well grateful my experience with APEX was nothing more than pleasant one. I went in one day just looking for countertops for my kitchen, to my surprise they had lot more than countertops. Mind you I did not find this place on yelp I don't even live on that side of town, I came because I was referred by friend after my complaining that I just could not find something that really stood out to me enough. ANYWAYS, staff was very kind I mainly delt with Israel who introduced me to an installer named Pablo. Mind you, I already had someone in mind to do my installation, but I didn't want to be rude and thought to myself a third quote won't hurt. Pablo was very kind processional and I expressed to him my urgency to finish up my counter tops before delivery of my appliances. Unfortunately for me, they did not have in stock the counter top I had selected and my project was put off as the front desk clerk made calls to many of their other stores to locate the pieces I wanted. They even honored the discount they had announced which I thought I would be charge for transit but was happy to hear I was given same store discounted price. Anyways, Pablo kept in touch (which is a lot more than I can say for a few other contractors I've hired). The same day that my order arrived Pablo was ready to not only pick up materials, but we went over exactly what I wanted. I AM SOOOO Happy with the craftmanship of Pablo and even more pleased with his visions, we had left over material and at no extra cost he made a custom piece to go by my window. We did run into a small problem, my sink did crack next day and he was more than happy to respond for it, luckily HomeDepot did the exchange but Pablo was
a complete gentleman and said if they would not exchange it he would purchase it himself and still reinstall. Again lucky for us it was exchanged and my kitchen sink and countertops are non broken sitting strong thus far. I honestly thought I was going to be working with my original contractor, but Pablo has been so easy to work with, communicative, and does things in very timely matter which is hard to find now a days. SO THANK YOU APEX Israel for your kind service and referral of Pablo, front desk clerk (I cant remember her name sorry) who made calls to get me what I was looking for, and Pablo GRACIAS we will be in touch for more future projects :) ... I'LL POST PICTURES SOON :D

They do not do returns even tho they say they do before you purchase they're liars they don't care about the customer they care more about selling broken cabinets arrived they did not hesitate to blame it on me their attitude completely changes once the payment is done

Be cautious when doing business here. They have signed posted that returns are accepted in New condition. I return crown molding my contractor did not use still in original wrapping and it was hell try I g to get a refund. The lady scolded me in a loud voice and was rude. At the end after debating THEIR policy, finally was able to get refund. Never again will I do business with them.

We just purchased our kitchen cabinets from Apex. The price was very reasonable and the staff that work there are very helpful and friendly. They were happy to answer any of our questions. We are actually going back to purchase granite from there also.

We have purchased granite for our kitchen and two bathrooms. We are very happy with our purchases and the staff was helpful to ensure that we had everything we needed for our projects. Pricing is also reasonable.

Purchased two pieces of quartz. I went to the back and looked at them in the warehouse at the Bakersfield store to verify that they were what I wanted. My fabricator picked them up and brought them to my home Thankfully, I was at home to see them! They were not what I had picked out. Rather than beautiful white they were a lavenderish gray. I called APEX and spoke with Rudy. He told me that they had the white so we traded them. Days later my fabricator tells me that the two pieces don't exactly match - but he had made the countertop anyway. Omg. One part was the beautiful white that I had picked out. The other had a gray tone. Horrible! These two pieces were not from the same lot. They are not what I had looked at in the warehouse. So unhappy. Skip this store. Buy from a reputable vendor and find a competent fabricator. I'm left with an expensive horribly mismatched counter.
