Animal Capture Wildlife Control

One day, a funky smell started emanating from a corner of my home. We have a crawl space underneath and so the guess was that some type of animal died under there.

Wanting to get this matter addressed quickly, I called around to see if this issue could get attended to sooner rather than later. A few businesses I called wouldn't have availability until 1-2 days later.

Thinking that was that, I made one last Hail Mary call to Jeremy at Animal Capture, who coincidentally, was in my neighborhood and could swing by.

In the phone call, Jeremy was transparent with the cost for the inspection and what the process would be. I accepted the terms and Jeremy messaged me about 10 minutes prior to his arrival so I could prepare for his visit.

Jeremy did a look around the house to see if there were any entry points and then went inside the house to get a whiff of the smell. He confirmed that something died under the home and mentioned that it might be a rat due to the small opening of any entry points observed on the outside.

Jeremy proceeded to put on coveralls and down the house he went. I really liked that he also recorded what it was like underneath and although he didn't find the dead animal, he did say that if worse comes to worse, we could rip out the floorboards to get to it (the original owners of the home and/or the builders had constructed multi level flooring and Jeremy suspected a rat had gone into one of the spaces and died).

Jeremy advised that we wait 1-2 weeks for nature to do its thing and the smell will go away. He also gave me some tips on securing entry points with expanding foam and how to dispense it. Overall, Jeremy helped provide some assurances and restore the quality of life.

I would definitely recommend Jeremy for any instances of animal control and disposal.

I am so thankful for Jeremy at Animal Capture Wildlife Control! I had a mama skunk preparing to have her babies behind a pond in my backyard. With 2 dogs, a toddler, and a baby on the way, this was a serious issue. I had called at least 8 other companies (including animal control) all claiming to help with skunk removal, and none of them were able to help me until I called Jeremy. He was fast, friendly, efficient and saved me so much stress! I am thankful to have found him and have this problem dealt with so quickly! I will be saving his number for the future!

Jeremy does amazing work!

Imagine my surprise walking into my garage storage unit to find a large black and white creature scuttling around. I quickly shut the door behind me and reached out to LA County Department of Animal Care and Control only to find out that they don't come out to remove live animals.

I then got on Yelp and reached out to Jeremy who responded immediately on the phone and was on his way within 2 hours. He explained to me exactly what he was going to do and what I can expect. Within 10 minutes, Jeremy had the skunk trapped in a cage and was on their way.

This was definitely not something I could've waited on as the animal was in a space that my family, including young children, needed access to. I really appreciate how professional, efficient, and effective Jeremy was at removing the animal. I can't recommend his service enough.

This is my second time using them to remove a dead animal (this time a possum) from the crawlspace under my home. Jeremy came the first time (~2013), Ben the second time. In both cases, they showed up on time, accomplished the task, and were courteous and friendly. And at much better rates than a couple of other possible companies I had called*. I'd use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them.

* only because they couldn't come right away and my wife was in a hurry.

They responded in a timely manner. Ben and Zachary are great and professional! If you trap an animal and call before 8am, they come out within a few hours to remove it. They caught 3 skunks and a possum within a week and pointed out where they were possibly coming in. I sealed the 2" space under the gate and voila, no more skunks. I recommend this company.

Jeremy and his partner Ben are a great team. I contacted them once I found a big raccoon digging up my backyaed. They responded me immediately, and came to place the trapper. I thought the raccoon would be trapped on the same night, unfortunately no. After 1 week I was very disappointed. Jeremy came to fresh biscuits, told me to be patient. In 10 days raccoon was caught. They promised they will relocate the raccoon, won't hurt it. Thank you for the help, my grass got rescued.
