We use this company for occasional service (before we have houseguests, when we go away on vacation), maybe every two or three months on average? They always do a thorough job and are super easy to deal with. Super friendly folks and they have been able to accommodate us last minute when needed. "Hi, my mother in law is unexpectedly in town tomorrow, halp!"

I have recommended them to a few friends and they've also had good experiences. They're just really solid and make my life easier.

I was told that they would be here betweek 12-1. I left the house (I work form home and have dogs) and left tip. It started raining so I had to come back. It is 2:00. I was hopeing that they would be at least done with the top floor so I could put the dogs away and work while it rained. NO. The tip is gone and NOTHING has been cleaned. I called them and they said they would call their people and figure it out. I have to work in a uncleaned office on zoom calls while they clean. THey BETTER get my home cleaned for the price I paid and the tip they took. If they do a good job I will take this review down but talk about unprofessional!

If your house is already spotless and clean and you are just looking for light cleaning then this might be a good service, but for deep cleaning I do not recommend this company at all. They are only allowed to use light cleansing chemicals. If you need a deep cleaning for move out or move in find an individual cleaner who can use any cleaners and whatever methods possible. I had a move out clean scheduled. When I went back to the house to check on the cleaning it didn't even look like they had cleaned. They offered to go back again and still soap scum stuck on the shower tiles, baseboards still filthy. I ended up having to go in and clean everything myself. They charged me $540. What a waste!

This cleaning crew scratched all my stainless sinks and acrylic surfaces like toilet seats and tubs. The crew changed each cleaning.

This company sends out a false flyer just to grab customers attention and will not honor the prices on the flyer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I don't recommend this group.

We paid $250 for a deep cleaning (and were also going to use them every two weeks after that had they done a good job) and what we got was a house that wasn't even fully cleaned and many details missed. Entire front of the house hadn't been vacuumed (we were able to broom up a pile of pet hair so it was apparent they didn't vacuum), appliances were not wiped down, windows hadn't been cleaned. We've had good cleanings, where you come home and notice that the house was thoroughly cleaned and has a fresh feeling -- not at all w/ this company. My wife called them and let them know and they sent a different crew out to make it right but the results weren't any different -- we really did want to give them a second chance to redeem themselves as it may have been issues with a specific crew that day. Don't waste your money -- find an independent cleaning lady/team that take pride in their work.

I first used them when they had a groupon.
They were able to get to all the calls very quickly and get me scheduled with very little trouble.

They sent 1 gal and she did the whole house, My place is hard to explain - open floor plan, 1 master bedroom, no laundry room - per-say, hard wood and carpet - but they came and did a pretty good job.

The place sparkled when they left and they were very friendly and put up with the pups.

I scheduled a second service and was able to get them the next day. (I do piece meal instead of on an on-going service type of thing)

She came and went to town on the place and again - it sparkled

I had purchased a LS deal for a basic house cleaning. They showed up when they said they would and got right to work. They cleaned all the floors (carpet, laminate and tile) along with the bathrooms, kitchen and dusted. It took longer than I think they thought it would, but they stayed till the job was done. They had a supervisor stop by to inspect the work towards the completion which was nice to see. I will be calling them back for some of the more specialized services.
They were professional and they handle their business well.

I found Cottage Care after researching several companies. They were not the cheapest or the most expensive. What I liked is their checklist posted on their website telling me exactly what they're going to do AND their guarantee. None of the other companies went into this detail. They also let me customize what I want done to keep the price in my budget. I was happy with my initial clean and I've asked them to come back every 4 weeks.

Customer service has been very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.
