The Gravity Duct Cleaning Process
- We will show up at your home or business at the scheduled time in our own branded truck.
- Our technicians will begin with pre-cleaning inspection and consultation.
- We prepare your property for duct cleaning, and ensure all vents and returns are accessible. A protective cover guard is placed for all walls and flooring, where needed.
- We will set up the advanced truck mounted vacuum system using the 8′ vacuum hose which will run from the truck to the main trunk line in the furnace room.
- Technicians will seal the airflow vents before beginning the duct cleaning process to ensure there is no loss of vacuum suction through the air vent during the cleaning process.
- We will air wash and vacuum all areas of the air ventilation and furnace system, including the fan compartment and blower fan and the AC evaporator coil. In addition, a variety of high pressure compressed air and agitation tools will be inserted into each air duct, to ensure the dirt and debris is removed.
- We will apply the Benefect Disinfectant which is the only all botanical disinfectant on the market today. It is Health Canada approved and is an all natural product 100% safe and effective to clean & sanitize air ducts. This product is safe around pets and your home, and will eliminate any airborne bacteria and mould. Above all, this leaves your air ducts clean and your environment smelling fresh and clean.
- Once the duct cleaning is done, we will carefully seal access holes in your main trunk lines. We will conduct a final inspection of the premises to ensure the cleaning is completed
- We will place a Gravity duct cleaning sticker, which will include the service date, on the ducting closer to the filter compartment for future reference.
- Upon completion, our technicians will leave your home the way it was when they walked in. We will ensure there is no mess for you to deal with later. We will provide you with before and after photos, if requested.
- We will accept all modes of payment (cheque/e-transfer/credit card/debit cards/cash) once the job is complete, and you can always reach out to us if you have any follow-up questions.
