A friend gave me a Yummy Spiced Bun, as a gift. Immediately I liked the ingredients. I like that the first ingredient is Wheat Flour. I like too much that you didn't add 2 ingredients: eggs and high fructose corn syrup. These are 2 ingredients that raise sugar glucose. I liked your ingredients so much that I looked your company up on the Internet. I also like the spices you used to make this treat. Spices kill sugar in the blood - they don't raise sugar glucose. I haven't tried this product yet, but tomorrow I will cut a small piece and put a little cream cheese on it, to eat after my medical appointment, where they are going to do blood-work. I eat foods to avoid sugar diabetes. I feel your product is something great because the ingredients are ALL safe for people watching their intake of sugar. I also like that your product isn't made with an overabundance of salt. I think your company is GREAT and just wanted to say "Thank You so much for an excellent food product!!!!"
