Customer Service sucks in Mandeville,I saw a lady bought a trolley loaded with goods today and she had to pack every single item in plastic bags on her own,while the cashier watched her and when I asked where are the persons assigned to pack items, she barely responded saying she doesn't know, this have been done on numerous occasions, the rating given was for the provision of goods, they always have what i need but otherwise the service is not good.
