I have been shopping at Joong Supermarket Newland Road, Portmore since they opened in 2004. My experience was great until I was faced with an unprofessional and Customer-friendly behaviour from the manager who after I presented a labeled 5 gal Jamagua water bottle, his staff gave me an unlabeled one, which I took in good faith, and assured me there would be no problems on my return to purchase another. The manager blankly refused to accept it on my return telling me to do whatever I wanted. Clearly he does not understand that customers are the ones who got them where they are that we have the power of choice to shop elsewhere. Jamaicans need stop accepting trash from vendors!
