Bad service will only change when it is brought to light and addressed. On Friday morning 14th of May 2021. I chartered a taxi to the NCB in Mandeville as both my legs are seriously disabled, although I can walk, it is very painful. At the Mega-side gate to NCB, the woman dressed in a Guardsman uniform and who professed to be a guard, refused to allow my taxi to take me to the door of NCB. This spite of the fact that we, (both driver and I) explained to this supposed female guard, I had to get out and hobble into the bank and then back out to the car at the far gate. I was most distressed and deeply disappointed in a company that formerly I had so much respect for.
