Cornwall College is a very prominent secondary Sixth Form school for boys, and is located strategically like a beacon on Pleasant Hill, overlooking the beautiful city of Montego Bay, Jamaica.

The school was established in 1896 and was the first secondary school to be owned by the Government of Jamaica.  The enrollment is currently 1,390 students.

Its attractive colours of red and gold, red for honour and gold for fame, inspire Cornwallians to be most competitive in all their endeavours and to make excellence their hallmark.

Cornwall College’s motto is “Disce aut Discede”, which is translated to mean, “Learn or Leave” and our mission is to transform boys into men of might by imparting important moral philosophies, values and  attitudes, and a superfine formal educational curriculum that prepare and empower them to optimally function in their field of choice wherever they may be.
