Celect Hotel and Restaurant Supplies was established on September 1997 by Gad Henry Fisher. The company was then incorporated on March 31, 1999. The company was first located in Ironshore at Central Building 230 Providence Dr. Gad Henry Fisher decided to specialize in the provision of kitchenware, linen, janitorial supplies, food service and sanitary products.

Mr. Fisher was determined to ensure the continued growth of the company by ensuring that all concerns and demand of the customer were addressed, this has been formed in to a culture of the company with still persists today.
