A) We have procured latest design high speed tape extrusion lines from Lohia Starlinger Ltd. having special features like MAAG GEARED MELT PUMP specially imported from USA , CLOREN DIE specially imported from U.S.A , HIGH SPPED GODETS , BIGGER LENGTH HOT AIR OVENS , INVERTER DRIVEN CHEESE WINDERS which will help us to deliver bags at with minimum weight variation and better uniform strength. B) Equipped PLC based weaving looms having colour and magnetic sensor incorporated in the machine, which will ensure defect free high quality woven fabric. C) To start with, we have total five Lohia Starlinger Extruders with installed capacity of 2000 MT per month and 180 Lohia Starlinger looms with no pre commitments for supply due to recent entry, ready to serve the requirement of bags with supply of nearly 6.00 lac bags per day minimum in today’s scenario. D) We manufacture around Half a million Bags per day which makes us quiet capable to fulfill URGENT Requirements of our valuable Customers. E) We are located very near to Kandla Port and Mundra Port – Gujarat –India (Kandla Port and Mundra Port are the Biggest Port of North India).
