For practitioners who believe the timing is right to start a career as a yoga instructor, we offer a 26-day educational programme called our 200 hours multi-style teacher training. The instruction is extensive, lasting from early in the morning until dusk, and it covers a wide range of both theoretical and practical facets of yoga (Pranayama, Asanas, Meditation, Anatomy, Alignment, and Philosophy). With our carefully prepared course, which covers the theoretical and practical components of asanas, pranayama, philosophy, mudras & bandhas, kriyas, adjustments, alignments, anatomy, and meditation, one gains understanding of Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Yin, and Vinyasa yoga. Our programme will prepare you to become a fully-equipped yoga instructor with a wealth of information and assurance, not simply a practise!
