Alice Berry has worked exclusively as an independent clothing designer for thirty years, earning her degree in fine art in 1980 from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. After school, Alice spent four years working in Paris for private clients, creating collections for small boutiques, showing textiles and clothing art in galleries, learning the business –developing a style of her own.

Alice Berry Studio hinges on the relationship between colour and light and features a wide variety of fabrics and colours. This is achieved through the interpretation of gemstones, birds, flowers and natural phenomena into a tonal range of textures and colours. Each piece is made from lightweight fabrics, such as chiffon, wool and cashmere, which make the pieces soft, free-flowing and flexible. Alice Berry’s designs can be worn in a variety of ways and make great accents to every wardrobe.
