Carpet Cleaning: We use truck mounted- Hot water extraction equipment, also referred to a" steam cleaning". This is the preferred cleaning method of leading carpet manufacturers for various reasons that we would be happy to explain to you. We help with pet odors and soiled areas caused by pets as well.

Carpet Repair: We re-stretch carpet to remove bubbles, repair snags, and replace damaged areas with donor pieces taken from another area where it will not be easily missed, such as a closet.

Customer Service: We are happy to give a rough estimate of cost based on a customer's description, but encourage you to utilize our on-site free estimate and evaluation. When you have us come to your home or office you will receive, a written quote with specific steps and procedures that lay out exactly what our services cover and gives you a written account of what we do in order to compare to other companies. We do not use tricks or bait and switch tactics with our customers.

We book appointments with sufficient time to properly clean each customer's carpet. We don't leave until our customer is satisfied that the job is well done.
