The seamless pipe factories under Shinestar mainly produce various carbon steel pipe, alloy seamless steel pipe, such as oil and gas transmission pipe, pressure use pipe, mechanical tubing and so on. We has 19 cold draw lines, 4 hot rolled line, 4 hot expansion line, 4 tubing and casing processed line, 1 drilling pipe processed line and 2 heat treatments lines. The specification of SMLS outer diameter is 8-1200mm, WT 1-200mm. The annual production capacity is 550000 tons, tubing and casing processed pipes is 250000 tons and heat treatment pipes 150000tons.

After 2005, we founded 3 HFW line of specification OD 114/219/660, 2 JCOE SAWL line of OD 813/1422, and some SAWH lines of specification OD219-4064; 2 inner and outer anti-corrison line of FBE, 2PE, 3PP, 3PE. The OD of welded pipe covers 10.3-4064 with WT 1-80mm. Annual production capacity of welded pipe is 500000tons.
