Single Point of Contact is a new Managed Services Provider (MSP) with a few key features that set us apart from the competition. We began as a low-cost solution for small enterprises, then expanded to medium and corporate customers with the same concept.
The majority of MSPs use an all-off-site, reaction-based solution. Single Point of Contact takes that approach a step further by including on-site presence, SaaS-based application support, preventative practices, and building a foundation for an IT policy within the organizations we serve.
