I consistently find myself becoming a critical component to the broad expansion of your sales and marketing efforts by leveraging my acute understanding of both “buyer and seller needs”.

My passion has always been in real estate. My experience extends from numerous investments in the purchase, development and rehabs of residential real estate from Arizona to California. My most recent investment and development was a single-family property on LA’s prestigious Mandeville Canyon Road. I hired renowned architect Gus Duffy to execute my vision for the property. Upon completion, the property’s value exceeded nearly twice my investment and remains a high-end rental and one of the marquis “newly constructed homes” in the area.
