A New Beginning Foster Family Agency was established in February 2005 to provide services to children who are identified as being dependents of the court and who are between 0-18 years of age. All of the children placed in the Agency are adjudicated as dependents of the court under Welfare and Institution Code (WIC) 300, subsections a-j. Of those children placed, many come from backgrounds of Physical, Sexual, or Emotional, Abuse, Neglect, Abandonment, or have some type of Developmental Delays, Hyperactivity or multiple combinations of the above. This Agency’s focus is teens and teens with children.
