In November 2003, Far West Industries, Inc. became a private company as a result of a plan of arrangement between Far West; Digital Dispatch Systems, Inc.; and Ghai Investments Limited. Pursuant to the plan, Far West operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of Ghai Investments. Far West Industries, Inc. designs and distributes sportswear and outerwear, and Concept snowboard performance apparel.
