Answering the phone is part of customer service. Not everyone can travel from the north to your company in Christ church and then discover you dont have the item. I visited & purchased 1 piece of foam to cover a king size bed. you assured me you could. Collected it and it was 4 pieces 2 were 4 inches wide. Maybe you are only interested in persons who live in area or can drive there.
