After almost 40 years of working in the culinary field in Swizerland and Canada where he was the owner of a restaurant for ten years, Max Benz moved to Barbados and joined the Savannah Hotel. Now after 12 years in Barbados, Chef Max has opened Chez Max, Barbados' newest oceanfront restaurant.offering an exciting selection of European cuisine with a Caribbean twist.
