RatingFace is a web/mobile app that allows people to rate/review (by text and/or video) all kinds of entities registered in the US, for instance: hospitals, schools, universities, government sectors, lawyers, commercial, and travel sector. It is first rating/review service that focuses on the public sector, unlike other rating services which focus on commercial and travel sectors primarily. They provide two services –Entities and Demonstration. Online demonstration is service provided by RatingFace that allows people to demonstrate against different entities. A proven formal representative from the relevant entity shall respond to the requests or opinions expressed in the ratings, reviews or online demonstrations, by answering them individually or in general. These entities will not be able to add a review, delete a review or cancel a rating or a demonstration.
